Virtual group Exercise
You may attend virtual group sessions throughout the month to support regular practice and stress regulation:
Standing K(Ki-energy) stretching (20 minutes)
This gentle whole-body stretching session helps improve circulation, release muscle tension, and support neck and shoulder mobility. Inspired by Korean Ki (energy) cultivation exercise, the movements help open the body’s energy pathways (meridians) and promote smoother circulation. When circulation improves, breathing becomes deeper and more efficient, allowing the body to receive more oxygen and support natural energy. These simple stretches help the body feel lighter, more relaxed, and balanced throughout the day.
Standing K stretching is the free of charge at the moment. You can schedule it to experience.
