Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and original packaging.

KF94 masks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your name and order number. We would be happy to exchange it.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the full refund will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
