You can select the webinar scheduled during check-out.
This webinar holds once a week for three weeks.

Curriculum

Week 1. Posture correction training
- Working Posture lecture
- Sleep posture
We will have a break room to evaluate your posture. Active participation is required.

Week 2. Stretching training
- Upper body stretching routine
- Lower body stretching routine
Please wear comfortable clothing.

Week 3. Celebrate your wins
- Share the improvement of working and sleep posture
- Practice stretching together and share the improvement from the daily stretching routine
