We are enrolling 100 participants with chronic headache (lasting more than 3 months) in a structured 1-month self-care research initiative.
Our Goal:
To measure real-world improvement in:
• Headache frequency
• Pain intensity (VAS)
• Medication usage
through structured cervical self-regulation and community participation.
Who qualifies?
You may qualify if:
• You have experienced headaches for more than 3 months
• Your HIT-6 score is 56 or higher
• You are willing to participate for
1 month (participation) + 1 month (follow-up)
We are specifically studying chronic headache patterns.
What you will receive
50-Minute In-Person Training
You will learn:
• 360° neck & shoulder tension mapping
• How to locate the tender spots
• Correct release technique and pressure
• Safe partner-based application
• Clear safety boundaries
Most participants experience noticeable intensity reduction during training.
Individual responses vary.
1-month community support
Participants may attend virtual group sessions that fit their schedule.
Participants receive access to live virtual sessions throughout the month to support regular practice and stress regulation.
What These Sessions Focus On
Stretching (20 minutes)
Gentle whole-body stretching designed to improve circulation, release muscle tension, and support neck and shoulder mobility.
Stress Relief (10 minutes)
Short guided sessions including deep breathing and relaxation exercises to help calm the nervous system and reduce stress load.
Consistency matters more than perfection.
Participants are encouraged to attend sessions that fit their schedule and build a regular self-care habit throughout the month.
RESEARCH PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To remain in the program, participants agree to:
Weekly Tracking Form
• Headache days
• Average headache intensity
• Peak intensity (VAS)
• Medication usage
• Usage of self-care tools
• Group class participation
1-Month Follow-Up Survey
• Weekly Tracking
• HIT-6 reassessment
Tracking allows us to evaluate measurable change.
All data is de-identified and used for research analysis.
OUR GOAL: 100 PARTICIPANTS
Why 100?
Because meaningful data requires scale.
With 100 chronic headache participants, we can:
• Evaluate intensity reduction trends
• Assess changes in headache intensity and frequency
• Analyze medication usage patterns
• Examine adherence to structured self-care
• Study impact of group participation
You are not just attending a class.
You are contributing to measurable outcomes.
SUPPORT THE MOVEMENT
Participation is supported through voluntary donation.
$148 – Self-Care Supporter
Access to training + 1-month participation.
$296 – Movement Builder
Helps sponsor additional participants and supports research operations.
$500 – Research Advocate
Supports data analysis, outcome reporting, and expansion of community access.
All contributions are tax-deductible. Official donation receipt provided.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Chronic headache impacts more than pain.
It can affect:
• Work productivity
• Cognitive clarity
• Stress resilience
• Emotional regulation
• Daily quality of life
We believe structured self-care + accountability + objective tracking can generate meaningful improvement.
This initiative combines:
• Precision cervical mapping
• Community support
• Weekly accountability
• Research-driven measurement
SAFETY NOTICE
This program is educational and wellness-based.
It does not replace medical evaluation or emergency care.
Seek medical attention immediately for:
• Sudden severe or unusual headache
• New or worsening neurological symptoms (weakness, confusion, vision or speech changes)
• Recent head or neck trauma
• Signs of systemic illness
Participation suitability may be reviewed individually.
OUR VISION
To build a nationwide self-care movement supported by structure, accountability, and measurable data.
We begin with 100 participants.
Be one of them.
